Account Issues
If you are unable to log in:
- Ensure you're using the correct email and password.
- Check if your caps lock is on.
- If you have forgotten your password, reset it via the Forgot Password page.

TraderWaves currently supports MT5 and DxTrade accounts, but we're working on adding more platforms soon!

Syncing and importing
Your trades are imported automatically—no manual entry required! Simply connect your trading account, and your data syncs instantly. Stop wasting time writing up trades—everything is handled for you!
If your data isn't updating:
- Verify your internet connection.
- Ensure it has been 5 minutes since you last tried to sync the data.
- Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

TraderWaves has an Auto Sync feature that ensures your latest trade data is collected when you log in.
- Make sure the Auto Sync button in the filtering section of the Dashboard has been selected. This enables automatic syncing for future logins.
- If you prefer not to use Auto Sync or it is not working, you can manually sync your data by clicking the Sync button in the dashboard.
- If Auto Sync is enabled but still not working after your next login, please contact us.
To fix incorrect widget data:
- Check for any active filters.
- Click the 'Sync' button to ensure the lastest data is displaying.
- Check for any platform updates in our community channel.
