Billing Policy

TraderWaves offers both free features and paid subscription plans. This Billing Policy explains how payments, renewals, and plan changes work.
1. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
If you purchase a subscription, your plan will renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or through the billing portal provided at checkout (where available).
2. Pricing & Plan Changes
Current pricing is shown on our website at the time of purchase. We may update pricing or plan structures from time to time.
If we make changes that affect your active subscription, we will provide notice where required, and any changes will apply at your next renewal unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers ("Payment Processors"). Depending on your location and payment method, the Payment Processor may act as the Merchant of Record and handle taxes, invoicing, and payment compliance.
TraderWaves does not store full card details on our servers.
4. Taxes
Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may apply depending on your location. Where applicable, taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may:
- retry the payment method automatically, and/or
- temporarily suspend access to paid features until payment is successful.
6. Upgrades, Downgrades & Add-Ons
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, changes may take effect immediately or at the next renewal depending on the plan and checkout terms shown at the time.
If a plan includes usage limits (for example, number of linked accounts), you are responsible for staying within your plan limits.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account while we investigate. Excessive chargebacks may result in account termination.
