6.3 Account Authority

By connecting an account to TraderWaves for copytrading, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the account or that you have obtained explicit, lawful authorization from the account owner to execute trades on their behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your broker’s terms of service and all applicable laws or regulations.

6.4 Technical Risks

You acknowledge that copytrading relies on internet connectivity, third-party broker platforms, and other technical systems outside of our control. Delays, errors, or system failures may result in missed, duplicated, or incorrect trades. TraderWaves shall not be held liable for any such occurrences.

6.5 No Financial Advice

TraderWaves does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The copytrading services merely replicate trading activity as configured by you. Any reliance on information, trade signals, or strategies within the platform is at your own risk.

6.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderWaves and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from or related to the use of copytrading services.

6.7 User Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for:
