No. Price, session, news and trading account alerts are Pro features. Essential users can still view Charts and the economic calendar without alert notifications. See Pricing for the latest plan details.

Pro currently includes trading account alerts for one account. Additional alert accounts can be added for $5 per month each.

Yes! Open your alerts list to edit an alert, turn it off temporarily or delete it when you no longer need it.

Your active alerts appear in the Alerts area. Open alert history to check which alerts have already triggered and how they were delivered.

TraderWaves supports in-app, email and Telegram notifications. Choose the available delivery channels when creating or editing an alert.

Connect Telegram from your alert or notification settings, then enable it as a delivery channel for the alerts you want to receive there.

It depends on the option you choose. A one-time alert stops after it triggers, while a recurring alert continues monitoring the condition.

Choose a symbol and set a price level or condition, such as moving above or below a particular price. You can create price alerts from Alerts or directly from Charts.

Choose the economic events you want to follow and TraderWaves will notify you according to the alert settings you select. The economic calendar itself is available on both Essential and Pro, while event notifications require Pro.

Session alerts notify you around the opening or closing of a selected trading session, helping you prepare without watching the clock.

Account alerts can notify you about trades opening or closing, changes to balance or equity, drawdown levels and custom profit or loss thresholds. Daily and weekly summaries are also available.

Check that the alert is active, the symbol and condition are correct, and the alert has not already fired as a one-time notification. Check the alert history, it can show you the reason the alert did or did not trigger.

Check that email is enabled for the alert and look in your spam or filtered folders. Email alerts are limited to 100 notifications per month, so also check that you have not used that allowance. If you have, you will need to wait until the next monthly cycle before more emails can be sent. In-app notifications and Telegram alerts are unlimited, so you can switch to those. If alert history shows that an email was sent but it has not arrived, contact info@traderwaves.com.

First, check that your Pro subscription is active and that you have completed all required alert fields. If Alerts is still unavailable, sign out and back in, then contact info@traderwaves.com if the problem continues.
