How do I import my trades?
Your trades are imported automatically—no manual entry required!
Simply connect your trading account, and your data syncs instantly. Stop wasting time writing up trades— everything is handled for you!

Why is my trade history incomplete or missing trades?
If your data isn’t updating:
1. Verify your internet connection.
2. Ensure if has been 5 mintues since you last tried to sync the data.
3. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

Why are trades not syncing automatically?
TraderWaves has an Auto Sync feature that ensures your latest trade data is collected when you log in.
- Make sure the Auto Sync button in the filtering section of the Dashboard has been selected. This enables automatic syncing for future logins.
- If you prefer not to use Auto Sync or it's not working, you can manually sync your data by clicking the Sync button in the dashboard.
- If Auto Sync is enabled but still not working after your next login, please contact us.
